Velora legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: April 21, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the Velora beta landing page, beta waitlist, and any related communications or early access materials we make available during the beta stage.
Beta-stage service
Velora is currently offered in a limited beta-stage form. Features may change, be delayed, be removed, or work imperfectly while we improve the product. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked where necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or the integrity of the beta.
Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must use the service lawfully and in good faith.
- You must not attempt to abuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the beta infrastructure.
- You must not use automated systems to submit spam or fraudulent waitlist requests.
- You must provide accurate information where requested, especially for contact and verification purposes.
No financial, tax, or legal advice
Velora is a software product. Nothing on the landing page, in beta communications, or in product materials should be treated as investment advice, brokerage advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice.
Security expectations
We design Velora with safety and operational discipline in mind. That said, beta software is not risk-free. You are responsible for using appropriate security judgment and for protecting your own accounts, devices, and credentials.
If Velora later supports exchange connectivity, our intended direction is read-only access where possible. You should never grant permissions beyond what is necessary for the use case presented.
Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta-stage service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, delivery timing, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the product will meet every expectation during the beta phase.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the beta-stage service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Velora and its related content, branding, software, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to you.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or product feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve Velora without any obligation to compensate you.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. By joining the beta waitlist or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that processing may occur as described there.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use as the beta evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
